These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User", "you") and JD99 ("JD99", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the JD99 online gaming and sports betting platform, including all associated services, features, promotions, and content available at https://jd99.cam and any affiliated domains or subdomains.

JD99 is an online entertainment platform offering casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, virtual games, and related services. The platform operates in accordance with applicable regulations and is intended exclusively for eligible adult users aged 21 years and above.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the JD99 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific games or promotions.

The following defined terms are used throughout this Agreement:

• "Account" means the personal member account registered by a User on the JD99 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Member's JD99 account, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or match bonus amounts credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by JD99 prior to processing withdrawals.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the official currency of Malaysia and the primary operating currency of JD99.
• "Platform" means the JD99 website, mobile site, and all associated software, games, and services accessible at https://jd99.cam.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be bet before it or derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction from which registration or use of the Platform is prohibited under applicable law or by JD99's own policy.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion features available to all Members.

By completing the registration process and/or using the JD99 Platform, you expressly represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence;
• You are not a resident of any Restricted Territory;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party;
• All information you provide to JD99 is accurate, complete, and current;
• You understand and accept that gambling involves a risk of financial loss.

JD99 reserves the right to require evidence of any of the above representations at any time, including during the KYC verification process. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Membership of JD99 is open to natural persons who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. JD99 employs mandatory age verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any point.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be resident in, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where JD99's services are not authorised to be offered.
• No Existing Account: You must not already hold an active or previously suspended JD99 account. Only one account per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method is permitted.
• Not a JD99 Employee: Current employees, contractors, officers, directors, and immediate family members of JD99 and its affiliated entities are not eligible to maintain a Member account or participate in promotions.

To register a JD99 account, you must provide accurate and complete information as requested in the registration form, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must keep this information current and promptly notify JD99 of any changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. JD99 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

JD99 reserves the right to refuse any account registration application at its absolute discretion without providing reasons, and to close any account where it determines that the Member has violated these Terms or is operating in bad faith.

• Only one account per individual is permitted across all registration channels.
• Use of VPNs, proxy servers, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or account limits is prohibited.
• You must notify JD99 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• JD99 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security.

JD99 is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing withdrawal requests. The Know Your Customer ("KYC") process is a standard compliance requirement designed to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage access. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

The following documents are typically required for KYC verification:

• Photo ID: A clear copy of your valid Malaysian IC (MyKad), Permanent Resident Card, Driver's Licence, or International Passport.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence addressed to you at your registered address, dated within the preceding three (3) months.
• Selfie with ID: A clear photograph of yourself holding your primary photo ID document.
• Payment Method Verification: Where required, evidence that the payment method used for deposits belongs to you (e.g., a screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet or bank account displaying your name and account number).

JD99 aims to complete KYC review within 24 to 48 business hours of receiving all required documentation. JD99 reserves the right to request additional documentation where the initial submission is insufficient, unclear, or raises compliance concerns. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

JD99 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and select cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).

• Minimum Deposit: RM30 for most payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits require a minimum equivalent of MYR 30.
• Deposit Fees: JD99 does not charge any fees on deposits. Third-party transaction fees levied by your payment provider are outside JD99's control and are the Member's responsibility.
• Currency: All account balances are maintained in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
• Permitted Sources: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned, subject to verification and applicable processing fees.
• Deposit Limits: JD99 may apply default and customisable deposit limits. Members are encouraged to set personalised deposit limits through their account settings as part of responsible gambling practice.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment accounts held in the Member's own name and matching the payment method used for deposits where applicable. JD99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• KYC Requirement: All withdrawal requests require satisfactorily completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts will have withdrawal requests held until verification is complete.
• Processing Times: E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed in under five (5) minutes for fully verified accounts. DuitNow and FPX bank transfers are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take up to 60 minutes. These are indicative times and are not guaranteed.
• Withdrawal Fees: JD99 does not currently charge fees on standard withdrawals. This policy is subject to change with advance notice to Members.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.
• Bonus-Derived Withdrawals: Where a withdrawal is derived from bonus funds, the maximum withdrawal amount may be subject to the maximum cash-out limit stated in the applicable bonus terms.
• Inactive Account Balances: Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to a monthly administration fee in accordance with the inactive account policy in effect at that time.

JD99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing Members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated in each offer in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

Key general terms applicable to all JD99 bonuses include:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x). The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be bet from the bonus balance before any withdrawal is permitted. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus requires RM1,000 in total bets.
• Maximum Bet: While bonus funds are active, bets must not exceed the stated maximum bet limit per round (typically RM250–RM500 unless otherwise stated). Bets exceeding this cap may void the bonus.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute at 100%. Table games such as blackjack, baccarat, and roulette typically contribute at 10–20%. Specific contribution rates are stated in each offer's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity window (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days from activation). Expired bonuses and any derived winnings will be forfeited.
• Sticky Bonuses: Unless a bonus is specifically designated as "cashable" or "non-sticky", JD99 bonuses are sticky in nature — the bonus credit itself cannot be withdrawn, only net winnings exceeding the bonus amount after wagering is complete.
• One Welcome Bonus: Each Member is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts or by misrepresenting account information will result in voiding of the bonus and account suspension.
• Abuse Prevention: JD99 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings in cases where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has exploited bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements.

All games offered on the JD99 platform are provided by licensed international game studios and use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and based on long-run statistical calculations.

• Bets placed and accepted by the platform are final once confirmed. JD99 shall not be liable for errors resulting from incorrect bet submissions by the Member.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game round, JD99 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the Member's account balance.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at time of placement apply. Settled odds are final except in cases of obvious error.
• Live betting markets (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and UFC live markets) may be suspended or removed at any time at JD99's discretion. Accepted live bets will be honoured unless void criteria apply.
• Mix Parlay (accumulator) bets require all individual selections to be settled as winners for the parlay to pay out. A single void selection will result in the parlay being recalculated with the remaining legs.
• Maximum winnings per bet, per day, or per event may be subject to limits which will be communicated to Members in the relevant betting interface or on request.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration or KYC;
• Using the platform while under the age of 21;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud;
• Using third-party payment accounts or making deposits on behalf of another person;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software exploits, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities;
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer, or any other competitive game format;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access the platform, place bets, or interact with games;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play;
• Accessing the platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing JD99 staff or other Members via any communication channel.

JD99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that for a small minority of players, gambling can become problematic. We take this seriously and provide a range of tools and resources to help Members maintain control of their gambling activity.

Available Responsible Gambling tools, accessible from your account settings, include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your funding levels.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum net loss you are willing to accept within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the platform ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the JD99 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period chosen.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the JD99 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from platform content;
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar automated data collection tools on the platform;
• Use the JD99 brand, name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent from JD99.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JD99 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical malfunctions, system outages, or force majeure events;
• Gambling losses incurred through normal use of the platform;
• Loss of data, opportunity, profit, or goodwill arising from use or inability to use the platform;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

In no event shall JD99's total aggregate liability to you exceed the value of funds held in your account at the time the relevant claim arises. Nothing in this clause shall limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The JD99 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. JD99 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may cause temporary service interruptions.

JD99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Detection of a duplicate account;
• Underage gambling or failure to pass age verification;
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as listed in Section 11;
• Receiving a request from a self-exclusion programme or regulatory body.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method, subject to KYC verification being complete and the absence of any ongoing investigation. Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play that has not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting JD99 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

JD99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Substantive changes to these Terms will be communicated to existing Members via email notification to the registered address and/or by a prominent notice displayed on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the JD99 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 15.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which JD99 is registered and operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute regarding a specific bet, game outcome, or account matter, you must contact JD99 customer support in the first instance. JD99 will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes promptly and fairly through its internal dispute resolution process before escalating to formal proceedings.
